We are a medical tourism facilitation service — not a hospital, not a medical provider, and not a payment processor. We connect Bangladeshi patients with internationally accredited hospitals in Thailand by providing honest information and coordination support.

- We do not collect payment card details, bank information, or National ID numbers through this website.

4. Our Role — Information Facilitator Only
This is important to understand clearly. Hospital Connect by Al Hakim acts solely as an information and referral facilitator. We are approved representatives of several hospitals in Thailand, which means we are authorised to provide accurate information about those hospitals and facilitate introductions.
However:
- All medical decisions are made by the patient and the treating hospital directly
- All treatment bookings, hospital payments, and financial transactions happen directly between the patient and the hospital
- No payment for hospital treatment passes through Al-Hakim Tech or Hospital Connect
- We do not hold, process, or store any financial transaction related to hospital treatment
- Our service is a coordination and information service — the patient remains fully in control of every decision and every transaction.
5. How We Share Information
We share your information only in these limited circumstances:
- With hospitals: If you request us to forward your inquiry or medical reports to a specific hospital for a preliminary assessment, we do so only with your explicit permission.
- With our team: Your inquiry may be seen by our coordination staff in Sylhet or Dhaka who handle patient support.
- Legal requirement: If required by Bangladesh law or a court order, we may be required to disclose information.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, advertiser, or data broker.
6. Data Storage and Security
- Inquiry data is stored securely within our internal systems
- WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy (Meta)
- Email communications are stored on our email servers
- We retain inquiry data for up to 2 years for coordination follow-up purposes
- You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us
7. Cookies and Analytics
